For CRT vector art. I put mountains on my art using the polyline tool and I put the moon also stars using the shape tool. I put gray and black for the background using the gradient tool.

Your colour block landscape looks great. I love how you made it nighttime and layered the mountains using different colours. Did you find the polyline tool tricky? What other pictures could you create using this technique in google draw? Make sure to show me if you do create another one.
